HydWire™ Hose and Ditto Valve™ Kit

 

    ROCO Innovation LLC Warrants its products against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

    During the Limited Warranty period, if a HydWire™ hose or Ditto Valve™ kit part fails due to a manufacturing defect, ROCO Innovation LLC will replace the part free of charge, less shipping.

    This Warranty is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the original price, at the discretion of ROCO Innovation LLC. Shipping is not included in the warranty.

    This Warranty does not cover damage, abuse, wrong application, improper installation, resulting labor, loss of use, lost production, loss of income, damage to product, rental costs, or consequential damages.

    The failed part must be returned freight prepaid to us for inspection. Parts that are deemed to have failed due to manufacturing defects will be promptly replaced / refunded. Those parts that failed due to non-warrantable causes will be replaced at a charge to the customer.

    This represents the sole warranty for ROCO Innovation LLC products. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
